BBLTA BITES (BRIE, BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO, AND AVOCADO)

Ingredients:

  • Several pieces of bacon, cooked, then cut into half
  • Seven grain baguette, sliced into thin slices
  • Brie, sliced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Place on a paper towel to drain some of the grease. Wipe the skillet clean of the bacon grease then coat with cooking spray. Place the baguette slices into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes then flip over. Place a dollop of brie on each slice then remove from the heat and cover with a lid.
  2. Once the brie has melted, pile two halves of bacon on top of the brie followed by a bit of lettuce. Dab the top of the lettuce with some mayonnaise then top with a tomato slice and an avocado slice.
  3. Serve immediately.
